18mm painted as 28mmWell painted as I!!! paint 28mm which dosn't mean much
The whole thing started that after painting 1600ish 6mm figs in about 1 month.
I pick up some fantassin 15/18mm and they felt HUGE and HEAVY in my hand, suddenly the figs had grown and when I started to paint I could put in the same details I do on my 28mm stuff.
Sadly my 28mm isn't realy that great, but I feel it looks ok on 18mm.
So here's the old 15/18mm the basicly way I painted all my 750ish 15mm last year

And here's the new

Not art but I think you can see atleast some improvment
And to show this is how my 28mm looks

There realy isn't that much diffrence.
I tried to use the Craig method, white primer, black ink, brown inks, I use 2 kinds og gray to shade the white trousers with mid gray on the deeper folds and were light is not so good, then a ligheter gray/off white leading to pure white
I went over and over with colors fixing this and that, it took me all day doing those 6, and I still didn't get the straps right, the black lines are a little thik, but I tried to do them like 5 times before they got the way there are now.
The muskets do look good tho, atleast I feel they do,
