I phoned Caliver last week and he anticipated by the end of the month... certainly close enough for him to feel comfortable to take the money for that and another book in stock and then post them both together for me!! Steve P

Ordered today from Caliver. £19.50 + Postage Advised there is a slight delay in it comming in so hoping for early June.
