Boonville scenario from Frontier
Played our 1st game of GaG yesterday using the Boonville scenario from Frontier - a really close and exciting game in the end, but we had a question on leadership for the Reb reinforcements which we couldn't find an answer to. As they arrive on the roll of a 6, and are not listed as having a brigade general, they could only come off "hold" orders on rolling a 10 as they are militia (5.13 Units without Commanders). We thought this was a bit unfair having to roll a 6 followed by a 10 to even start moving, so we detached an ADC from the Reb commander to order the reinforcements - would that be the way other people played it, or have we missed something in the rules?
