Lovely piece of workmanship mrm. Particularly loved the first photo.
If i had to pick a defect i'd say that from up above one can see how you've had to bend the lance head somewhat to get the effect of the dispatched despatch.
Saying that as I've never seen anyone stabbed in real life with the point of a lance one might argue that a bend in the pole would occur if a charging lancer thrust his lance into an enemy at least for a split second until he either stopped or the pole broke. Perhaps that's why the 17th lancers used bamboo lance poles in the Sudan if my memory is not mistaken.
Might be nice to see pics from other angles as it's such a nice vignette to limit it to just two photos.

The bend is intentional. I also bent the right arm back to depict the point you describe as the two riders pass each other. I got the idea from some 54mm Historex dioramas in the "Napoleonic Masterclass" book. The two would fit together without the bending but I thought it would look more dynamic this way.

saw this model on you blog but i think the aerial ahot you have posted here gives the model a real sense of speed
