The Mailed Fist Wargames CLub of Greater Manchester are putting on a display of Minden at Britcon this year.

Dash it! Take some pictures; will you... I can't get to Britcon this year, a shame as it is quite accessible normally... Will you be wearing roses in your hats? GJ

Below are images from the Mailed Fists Wargames Club recreation of Minden at Briton this year. Very enjoyable game but with an unhistorical result i.e the French won Minden from the French left flank. Minden from the Allied left flank. Minden from the French right flank.

Nice pictures, 8) The 'Barnes Wallis Building' is rather dark so you have done well to get them to come out this clearly!. I like the marsh/river-flood-plain it loogs soggy. Good looking windmill too. It has the sweep of a big battle! - Will you be taking it anywhere else? (Leeds/Fiasco?) GJ
