Perrys' Dutch militia questions
Hello, I'm thinking about getting started with napoleonics and have picked the Dutch/Belgians at Quatre-Bras as the focus. My questions are: Do the Perrys' offer minis for the Dutch Militia Flanquer Company? From the pictures on their site they all look like Centre Company to me... :? The Perrys' Militia command sets include ensigns but as far as my research has taken me, the 5th, 7th and 8th Militia Battalions didn't carry any colours at Quatre-Bras. Is that right? Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Hi Markus, You are correct that the Perry Dutch Militia have no flank companies in the range. Also, all my reading certainly does not discount Colours being in the field with the Militia battalions at this time. I am still searching through however. As GMB do such wonderful flags and the ensigns are wonderful figures, I would always include them simply for the "look"! A 5th and 7th Dutch Militia battalions on the hunt for Frenchies around Quatre Bras!! Cheers Carlo PS - hope they don't find any!
