Diagram on p50
Just been going through the rules and they look very interesting and I will try them shortly..meanwhile can anyone ( maybe Angus) explain the diagram on p50? I mut be thick because I can't work out what it means! The units seem to be aligned facing up and down the page...the 6" across the top don't make sense to me...is the left hand side the"before" and the right "after"? What has unit A's formation got to do with the lenth of the pushback? how could unit C be contacted in either case? Any help will be muc appreciated Chris

Chris, I think the diagram is there to look pretty, rather than to clear up anything... Actually, it was a bit of a cock-up, a bit of confusion between artist, writer and editor. Ignore the block marked Unit A. Unit A was meant to be where the black line was, and the other two units should have been facing it, not side-on. If you see it that way, it makes sense! Somehow the label marked Unit A became a block of troops, and everyone got turned to the side. Oh, and unit A became a thick black line! More bloody errata...!
