Guns at Gettysburg using 6mm
is it possible to use these rules with 6mm figures, and would I need to make any changes to the ranges, movement distances etc.

I play it at 6mm using a 1: 10 ratio on 20mm frontage bases, Baccus Figures, 2 strips per base = 8 figs and use the 15mm movement/ ranges. and treat each unit as if it was at 1:20 for firing and casulty removal. It works for me.

Deja vue!! (As in, similar to the 10m thread). Hi Red, I use 10mm for Naps, I don't think the figure scale matters, just use 15mm (or 25mm) base sizes and measurements, and fill the same sized base with more 6/10mm figures as you please. They fill about the same frontage to be fair. The benefit here is that if you ever get into a 15mm game, your brain is alreday wired into the correct measurments.

Hi I haven't played the rules my shelf. but do use 6mm. It really depends on how you want to use your figures. do want to play in a smaller space or use more troops. If the second then pick a base size and fill it up. If the first then you would need to play around with the measurements and find one that suits the space you are playing in. The Die Kriegskunst rules say halve inches and convert to cm ie 12" = 6" = 6cm Mick
