Waterloo weekend - desperate plea!!
Gents,
I am sure I speak for the rest of the mess when I ask...nay...plea and beg for more pictures of what was obviously a wonderful weekend of gaming.
I am sure everyone who participated is well and truly "buggered" but I am wearing out the prints on my fingertips by visiting the site very hour or so.
Pretty please.
Regards
Carlo
BTW The Long Island pictures have to be some of the best I have ever seen. Truly inspirational!
Carlo
Thanks for the kind words about the Long Island game ! I think the Waterloo guys may have been too busy arguing to take many pictures
Hopefully someone will hear your plea soon. If not I'll ask Dr Brown to post some...

Good Things Come to Those Who Wait
Hi Carlo. I know it's difficult, but please be patient. As Henry mentions (on Silver Whistle's picture thread adjacent to this one), he took nearly 600 photos of the two games over the two days, and that's a lot to process! Playing in the French centre, with the lefthand part of D'Erlon's I Corps, I only managed to find time for about 30 shots--mostly pre-game, on lunchbreaks, etc., and haven't had time to 'Photoshop' out all the Retreat & Rout markers yet from my own little patch of the line. When I do, I'll be happy to post them here, though their quality will certainly not match that of the 'pros' and camera buffs.
I have about half a dozen Waterloo pics which I will post tonight. Need to photoshop out all the groins....
I can certainly restrain my enthusiasm and bide my time if it prevents "groin shots" from taking away the grandeur of the gaming specatacle.
Cheers gents and thanks for the responses.
Carlo
Bryce,
Many thanks - they are simply sensational. What fun it must have been for all the participants.
It would also be most interesting when we see the shots with faces to know who they are as well as I am sure many overseas GdB afficianados like myself always enjoy putting a name to a face. Certainly recognised the good Doctor!
That is if no-one objects of course.
Thanks again mate. Great looking game.
Carlo
Bryce,
I second Carlo's words, though I'm never as desperate as he. A great looking set up. A Rouge's Gallery of the participants would be rather nice.
