Renegade 28mm 1815 British
Looks like we are going to get another 1815 British range. Renegade are due to release some next month. Interesting decision given the plastic releases and the Perry metal but they do make very nice figures and if they include them in the regimental deals they will be very competitive, currently 24 figures for £13.95 I think. Hopefully they are also planning to do the French too

I agree on the quality of their figures, but my immediate response (and I suspect that of many others) was "More 1815 British - why????" :shock: Given that Renegade are very much at the large end of the 28mm world (and have a bit of a rep for leaving ranges "in mid-air"), why would anyone buy them, rather than another 1815 British range? There must be many other Napoleonic nationalities that have never/hardly ever been produced - eg nobody has ever made a proper range of Poles in this size, other than Minifigs. I'd hate to see them get saddled with a "turkey" as they are a nice company, but this is a bit of a head scratcher. :?

Think they definately will need to get some French out quickly too if people aren't going to be concerned about ending up with a range of British that aren't completely compatable with anyone elses figures.

Renegade Napoleonics ? Interesting ! I am currently painting up a mix of Bicorne and Renegade ECW figures, yes I know I've been distracted from the Peninsula, and they are indeed a much larger 28mm than Elite or Front Rank. I've had that shock before when going back from ECW to Napoleonics , as I always do after a little light relief :wink:

Could be very interesting! Especially if you can get them for what works out to be about 58p each.
