Rule query
Hi all,
Just finished a two day 15mm refight of Germantown, report to follow in due course.
One query came up(yes, even after 4 years playing!) if someone could answer please.
If a unit is retiring with backs to enemy then if fired upon they are obliged to take a morale test.
My interpretation was that some kind of effect had to be felt by the unit in question but a fellow player suggested the act of being fired at would instigate the test. As umpire I went with the unit being fired on must at least receive a DP to trigger a test.
Thoughts?
Paul
I would make the same ruling you did.
