Skirmish stands
Do skirmish stands need to be rectangular or may we use a little crativity for these.....ovals, off sizes? Within the guidelines of the rule set basing constraints that is...... I see both squared up and free form I believe in the rules. Sandy

When I first started out with BG I was terrified about using "wrong" bases, but after a few games I've seen all manner of basinfg styles, none of which have impacted on play. Indeed, for some packs of 25mm figures you can't use the standard 25mm x 50mm/75mm rectangles as the figures won't fit on them (e.g. the Perry skirmishing riflemen packs).
