Gentlemen, Sorry I haven't been answering questions for the last month or so - but I've been snowed under with work - with two simultaneous book projects! Consequently answering rules queries had to be set aside. Anyway, I'll pile through the latest batch of posts, and I'll be able to pitch in from next week onwards!
