Waterloo Guard Assualt II
We are playing the Guard Assualt at Waterloo scenario again today. We are switching sides this time and we move the ridge closer to the center of the table to give the British a little more manuvering room.
I'll try to remember to take some photos.

Well, of course I forgot my camera. But we are only a few turns into the game and will finish up next week. I'll have some pictures then.
British seem to be winning; at least for now.

Well, we played part II (of III) today (and I forgot the darn camera again).
What was looking like a major British victory after the first three full turns has changed to anybody's game at the conclusion of turn 7. We will finish up next time and I will try to remember my camera. duh
We seemed to have a lot of bizzare things happen in today's play. A regiment of British cavalry charged the flank of a unformed French Middle Guard battalion only to fail it's "to charge" morale test and halt. Elite British Hussars I might add. :x
The elite British 52nd Light charged a battalion of Conscript French infantry only to fail their to charge morale test. In the next turn the French charged the 52nd Light and the British were forced to retreat. So much for being elite.
Of course all this is due to very poor dice rolling on my part. I made up for it in the center. My two battalions of British Guards have sent the majority of the Middle Guard Chassuers packing. :)
Neither side has lost any generals yet, although a few horse have "bit the dust."
A great game ... We'll see who wins next week.

Mike, are you using Valley Boy's dice?
