Just wondering if the Perry's Plastics are going to sway any peeps into experiencing the delights of GaG in 28mm?

Just think of the conversion possibilities and the ease of transportation. Expect some git big epic scenarios in future. Laughing

They look great , but I have a fair bit of time invested in my 15mm stuff. Made my own fences etc etc.
But of course I'm tempted Smile

I've been meaning to get into "serious" 25mm ACW for years. I bought a Dixon Miniatures rebel army as a graduation present 10-odd years ago and even painted some of it. I'm now easing myself back into the period but decided against going the Perry plastics route. Various reasons behind that decision, and perhaps I should wait to see how their metal line develops; but basically I like the scope and variety of the Dixon range and that the figures are easy and quick to paint. No doubt I'll end up with a couple of regiments of Perries and I imagine the metal part of the range will have some wonderful items.

The other attraction of 25mm for me is that as a 25mm AWI gamer I can use the same American buildings and terrain.

I'm going to build some units for GaG. Is it possible to use 4 figs per base each representing one or two companies?
