What a great weekend. Very Happy
Thanks to Mr Urban and Brown for all your hard work and to Giles for letting us all use his superb AWI figure collection.
Also it was a pleasure to meet and game with the AWI players.
Looking forward to the next one.

I would just like to endorse the comment from pat, it was a great weekend and this pics do not do justice to the time and enjoyment we all had.

roll-on Nov 09.

Hi Ho, Silver!

Some lovely shots there - and great to meet you in person and chat.

(Steady on J, some of us have reached that age where the years are now rolling by a little too quickly......)

I was so impressed with the weekend, I decided to join the group!

Thank you to everyone for putting up with me barging past with my camera when you had much more important things to concentrate on. The games were, quite simply, inspirational and the company superb.

it turns out that I took even more photos than I thought - just under 600 - and so I have a great deal of sorting out to do which will have to wait until I've finished the forthcoming issue of battlegames, but as a taster and a little "thank you" to you all for your hospitality, here are just a couple, taken at the climactic points of each game.

Lovely ! More waterloo pictures please here or in Battlegames, and maybe some after action reports, and the full OB in the Gen de Brigade Scenarios book "x" so I can split the action down into three or four scenarios, unfortunately my table is not that big Sad

Glad you've seen the light and returned to proper wargaming Henry Laughing

Spotted in the waterloo picture a certain Rezende, portuguese military attache. Do I win a prize ?

I took my camera, but failed miserably to get lots of pictures, I'm afraid I got too engrossed in what was happening on the table, for what they are worth, here are a few of the Allied extreme right flank.

Du Platt's KGL Brigade advance to the crest of the ridgeline and seek cover behind some hedges. Dornburg's LC Brigade is in support.

Elements of Jerome's Corp coming on in the same old style.

French HC Reserve

DB Conscript LC looking to get in on the action

Me getting a battery run down by French Cuirassiers Embarassed
