I noticed the recommendation for Front Rank flag tassels on another thread. My figures are mostly British Napoleonic 25mm Minifigs and I was wondering if these tassels would mix well with these figures or should I seek another solution.
Many thanks |

No reason why not, but I seem to recall Minifigs have a spear tip/finial cast onto the staff already (but no cords), which you would have to snip off and then file the top of the pole to fit into the finial of the Front Rank item. I think Hinchliffe also do a similar item, but it may only be available with the standard bearer figure (from memory - haven't bought a Hinchliffe figure since the 1970s!). _________________ You can lead a horse to water, but a toy soldier can no longer be lead (due to Health & Safety Regulations). |

I find Front Rank Finials quite chunky, great for the Front Rank Figs but a bit too heavy for some of the 'smaller, less well fed' ranges.
Bicorn market Connoisseur Figures who do some smaller Finials, a bit more detailed than the FR ones and quite a bit smaller.
If you take a look at the pics here you can see some I used with Calpe figures.
