Gents
Our little group is putting on a game of Sacile at the local open day and I need to paint up the Dalmatians who were nominally a LI regt. For my information, would these qualify as LI for GdeB purposes (most of the French foreign regts were LI, but dont seem to have been very good) and what would you rate them as - Second Line?

John,
I'd go for 2nd Line as morale class, and treat them as Light Infantry. They weren't the best, but they weren't the worst by a fair bit. It seems a bit harsh to treat them as Conscript, given the stock of those recruited into it.
