As posted over in the gallery forum, I'm working on a retro-conversion of a Mk3 Centurion, back into the A41 Mk1/2 pilot models that actually got shipped to Germany for testing in the (very!) late war.
What's the general concensus over how it should be statted out?
The mk1 (pilot) had 76mm glacis, 152mm turret, and 38mm side and rear armour (B?)
The mk2 onward featured an increase to 118mm glacis and 51mm sides and rear (A?)
Both were armed with 17pdrs and a 20mm Polsten.
Speed and cross-country performance puts it in 'fast' rather than 'medium' - which produces values around 180-190 points (using my arbitrary points calculation). |

Not yet
Haven't managed to get a game in for a while, and still waiting on my copy of 2nd edition to arrive. Will have to dream up an appropriate scenario |
