Now, when fireing a 3-4pdr is it's own class

But when I looked at movment, there is only 12pdrs 6-9pdr and superlights that move as skirmishes.

So in movment is the 3pdr considerd superlight and then move as skirmishes?

the 3-4 pdrs should move in the manner of normal artillery. The light guns may perform three actions in a turn: eg move 1/3rd, unlimber, fire (with -2 mod). A medium gun could unlimber and fire (with -4 mod) and the 12 pdr can only perform one action in a turn - eg move, or unlimber or fire.
The super-light category is really for amusettes, swivels, or grasshoppers in the 1/2-2 pdr category. These can be carried forward with the troops, moving at the same pace as them, with no penalties for 'unlimbering', and firing like skirmishers (2 D6 for a super-light gun base).
