I had my first Battlegeroup game on Sunday and I was very pleased. I found the rules very simple enough to play. They didn't seem to have too much of a pro German bias.
Indeed four of my T34/85 destroyed four Panzer IV's without loss!
However in this combat three of the T 34's engaged one Panzer IV. The first fire forced the Panzer IV to retreat.
Do you continue to fire at the Panzer IV from the original position or do you retreat it then calculate the other fire from the new position? |

Simon,
Glad you had a good game!
All attacks against one target, from the currently activated combat group, are resolved at the same time, then apply any morale tests on conclusion of the firing.
See Multiple Attacks on One Target, p34 (9.8).

Thanks. We did it right. It takes sometime to find your way around a new rule book
